At Wash Depot locations, customers frequently experienced long waits as they lined up for their cars to be serviced. This negatively impacted the business, leading them to seek our assistance in digitalizing their service scheduling and enabling online appointment bookings.
SOLUTION
We digitalized the customer service schedule, created an internal system to track requests, and organized them into time slots based on each location’s capacity and the time required for different services. We developed the WashDepot Carwash App, allowing customers to add their vehicles, choose services, receive promotional updates, book appointments, and monitor the cleaning status of their vehicles. We enhanced the app with features for fleet management, online booking, service limits for each vehicle, cashless payments, and monthly reporting and invoicing.
