Their extensive portfolio of product groups and positions required significant time to create price lists tailored to different customer types, each specializing in specific activities and interested only in certain product categories.
SOLUTION
On the VAS PRO website, where manually created PDF files were previously uploaded, we developed an interactive system for generating PDF price lists. Using API communication, current products and prices are retrieved from the ERP system, allowing visitors to filter products by categories of interest and generate downloadable PDF files. These files can be either concise or detailed, including product descriptions and images.
IMPACT
The interactive price list on the website has significantly reduced daily manual work, eliminated errors, and improved the ability of VAS PRO’s customers and partners to find what they need. Additionally, we provided the sales department with a tool that saves time in generating offers and increases overall efficiency.
